Q. Which station can I program from?
A. You can only program from stations 10 or 11.Q. How do I determine the software
level of a processor?
A. To determine the software version, press Feature 59 (ACS only). Older
processors have a sticker with the software version on the front of the card.

A. To change the date on the system, begin in System Programming and dial #101.
Then enter the 2 digit month-day-year.
Q. How do I change the time on my system?
A. To change the time on the system, begin in System Programming and dial #103.
Then enter the 2 digit hour-minute in 24 hour military format.
Q. How do I program a DSS key on my phone?
A. To program a DSS key on a phone, press Feature, *, *, then press a button
that is not a phone line. Press intercom, then the extension number. Press
Feature, *, * to exit.
Q. How do I program a feature key on my phone?
A. 6. To program a feature key on a phone, press Feature, *, *, then press a
button that is not a phone line and enter the feature code. Some features
require buttons with an LED. Press Feature, *, * to exit.
Q. How do I program a speed dial key on my phone?
A. To program a speed dial key on a phone, press Feature, *, *, then press a
button that is not a phone line. Press an open line and enter the phone number.

Q. How do I check my button programming?
A. To check button programming, press Feature, *, * and press the button or
buttons you want to check. Press Feature, *, * to exit.
Q. How do I transfer calls direct to a voicemail box?
A. To transfer a call direct to a voice mailbox, press Feature 14 while on the
call then enter the extension number.
Q. How can I access my mailbox remotely?
A. To access you mailbox remotely, call in when the auto attendant answers and
press *, 7. Follow the prompts.
Q. Which station can I program from?
A. You can program from any station that has a M7310, M7324 or T7316e phone.
Q. How do you find the System ID number?
A. Press Feature, *,*, sys ID (4.1 or higher).
Q. How do you find the SP version of the software?
A. From the programming screen, press Next to Maintenance, then press Show.
Under software version, press Show Again and your sp version will be displayed.

A. Power down the system, remove only the PCMCIA card and leave the NVram
cartridge in the system. Insert new higher level software, and power up (you
will lose clid logs and speed dial numbers).

A. Press Feature, *, 1. Press the button you want to program that is not a
phone line or intercom. Press a line or pool code you want to use to call out.
Enter the phone number. Press OK to accept.

A. Press Feature, *, 2. Press the button you want to program that's not a phone
line or intercom. Enter the extension number.
Q. How do you program a Feature button?
A. Press Feature, *, 3. Press the button you want to program that's not a phone
line or intercom. Press Feature and the code for the feature you want to
program for that button.
Q. How do you check voicemail messages externally?
A. To check you messages externally, call the system. When the auto
attendant answers, press *, * then enter your mailbox number, password, and #.
Q. Why does my station volume keep resetting?
A. The station volume keeps resetting because in Programming under System
Programming, Feature Settings, the Receiver Volume is set to Sys Volume. You
need to change it to set volume.
Q. How do you change the Time & Date?
A. Press Feature, *, *, time (8463) and enter 23646 for the password. (used for
MICS/CICS 2.0 or higher)

A. To check button programming, press Feature, *, 0. Press the button you want
to check and press release to exit.
Q. How do you check button programming?
A. Press Feature, *, 0, intercom to find the station and port number. Press
release to exit.
Q. How do I transfer calls direct to a voicemail box?
A. While on the call, press Feature, 986, then enter the mailbox you want
to transfer the call to. Do not put the call on hold.

A. For 3x8 and 6x16 = violet slate slate violet. For 8x24 = on the station
amphenol, violet slate slate violet. For CICS = on the co amphenol violet green
geen violet. For MICS = on the middle amphonel yellow orange orange yellow.
Q. Where is the Paging port?
A. For 3x8 and 6x16 = violet orange orange violet. For 8x24 = on the co
amphenol violet orange orange violet. For CICS = on the co amphenol violet
slate slate violet. For MICS = middle amphenol black slate slate black.
