Terms & Conditions of Use
Ordering
For your convenience, orders may be placed via phone, fax, e-mail or
online. In most cases, orders received by 4:00 PM Central Standard
Time are shipped the same day. If there is any significant delay on
your order, our friendly service or sales department will contact

Payment
Alliance Telecom accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. All other orders are shipped COD Certified Funds, which
include Bank Check, Cashier's Check or Money order, unless you have
previously been approved for Company Check COD or Net Terms. UPS NO
LONGER ACCEPTS Cash.
Terms
Accounts may be established as either Company Check COD or Net
Terms. An Alliance Telecom "Customer Profile Sheet" must be
completed and approved to allow Company Check COD. An Alliance
Telecom "Full Credit Application" must be completed and approved to
allow Net 30 Day payment terms. No shipments will be made to any
past due accounts. All accounts past due 30 days will be subject to
a 1.5% late charge. If a delinquent account is sent to collection,
the customer will be responsible for all collection charges and
associated legal fees.
Claims
All claims for damage or loss are to be made through the freight
carrier. If your package arrives with exterior damage or signs of
tampering, notify the carrier immediately. (Note: please retain all
boxes, packaging, instructions, etc.)
Warranty
Buy with confidence. Alliance Telecom is one of the nation's largest
independent wholesalers of Norstar/Meridian, Avaya/Lucent, and
Toshiba telecommunications equipment. With a Multi-Million dollar
inventory and our own full service repair and refurbish facility,
Alliance Telecom backs all Nortel and Toshiba equipment with a 2
year advance replacement warranty and all Avaya/Lucent equipment
with a 1 year advance replacement warranty.
Advance Replacements
If equipment problems occur within the warranty period from date of
invoice, Alliance Telecom will advance replace all problematic
equipment. Equipment purchased new will be replaced with new
equipment within the first ninety days from date of invoice. After
ninety days from date of invoice, equipment purchased new will be
replaced with refurbished equipment. Equipment purchased refurbished
will be only be replaced with refurbished equipment. Alliance
Telecom will only replace equipment using ground services. If
customers would like to expedite the replacement shipment, they must
pay the whole cost of that shipment. A valid credit card must be on
file to qualify for our advanced replacement service. It is the
Customer's responsibility to return replaced equipment within 14
days to avoid being charged for the value of the equipment.
Technical Support
Alliance Telecom is best known for our free technical support
services given to all of our customers. Qualified, friendly, patient
technical specialists are on hand from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST to
help resolve isolated problems regarding programming and
installation. Our support staff is available by appointment for
in-depth, step by step programming for 75.00 per hour. Our toll-free

Prices Subject To Change
Prices are subject to change at anytime without prior notice. Due to
the general nature of the telecommunications equipment market,
prices may change due to variables beyond our control. Please check
our website for current prices on the items we supply.
Only authorized Alliance Telecom, employees have access to stored
information. We safeguard information according to established
security standards and procedures, and we continually assess new
technology for protecting information. Our employees are trained to
understand and comply with these information principles.
Alliance Telecom will not sell, trade, or rent your personal
information collected online to others (third parties).
